Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions listed below are subject to change. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions upon purchasing any HSA Tutoring product.

Refund Policy

All orders are non-refundable exactly 60 days after the purchase is processed. We offer full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis for packages purchased less than 60 days prior. HSA Tutoring management has the full discretion over granting the refund and amount. Cases in which we may grant refunds include unreasonable delays in service delivery with no alternative to remedy the customer’s receipt of service. We do not refund for remaining hours remaining in incomplete packages. If HSA Tutoring management grants a partial refund for a tutoring package, HSA Tutoring has the right to decide the refund amount granted for the service provided.

Group course cancellation: After registering and paying in full for any group course, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your registration payment refund up to seven (7) days before the first scheduled date of the course. There will be no refunds within seven (7) days of a group course. If the course for which you are registered is cancelled by HSA Tutoring due to circumstances outside of its control (i.e., inclement weather or instructor unavailability), you will be rescheduled for another course at no additional charge.
